Jaime is a PA licensed REALTOR^® and PA licensed Architect. Her background in architecture brings a passion for design and construction and a unique skill set and perspective to her full-time career in the world of real estate that can only benefit her clients. The Philadelphia region is home to countless buildings and homes full of character and unique charm. For clients such as investors and first-time home buyers, Jaime is there every step of the way from finding the right property, understanding possible work to be done, the costs involved, contractor relationships, future management, and maintenance. Some clients want move-in ready, some want a big project, and others are okay with something in between. Jaime can work through these ideas with her clients and see potential where others may not. She advises on and provides services for buying, selling, leasing, management, and investing. Jaime's clients appreciate her detail-oriented organization, communication skills, and her ability to build long-term relationships.

Jaime and her husband went to college in Philadelphia and never left due to their absolute love of the region. They are now raising their two children here where they have easy access to everything the area offers from city life, parks and waterways, sporting events, beaches, mountains, and of course, the best restaurants!

When Jaime is not working her time is spent with her family and friends enjoying meals together, playing with her dog Rocky or hanging at the NJ Shore. Jaime can also typically be found on the local soccer and baseball fields cheering on her kids and their teammates in their beloved local leagues.
