Colonial School District, PA

A flourishing neighborhood bursting with trendy amenities.

The Colonial School District draws approximately 5,225 students from the Borough of Conshohocken, and the Townships of Plymouth and Whitemarsh in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, just northwest of Philadelphia. The Colonial School District encompasses seven school buildings, including four kindergarten through third grade schools, one for students in grades four and five, a middle school for students in grades six through eight, and Plymouth Whitemarsh High School for grades nine through 12. Each building provides sizeable classrooms that are equipped with the latest technology and teaching aids. Electronic key cards are used to access each building during the school day. Access to each building is also controlled electronically with a state-of-the-art system that allows staff to visibly identify who is entering the building. Each school has its own cafeteria to provide students and staff with nutritious hot and cold options for breakfast and lunch. Colonial students also may attend the Central Montco Technical High School located in Plymouth Township.
